Let Me Fall

Is the title of a song sang by Bethany Joy Lenz in the Drama TV series, One Tree Hill. The first time I heard the song, I fell in love with it. It makes you wonder why right? Well, if by any chance you go on YouTube! and actually listen to the song, you will understand. It's not just about the music, the voice or the lyrics of the song. It's about the feelings portrayed in the song. The feelings that I felt as I listen to the song. The feelings that I once had, or maybe still have until now.

Everyone wants to grow up. I, for one, am a rebel. I am a black sheep of the family. The outlaw. The third child in a family of four siblings. When you are different, and you know it, it makes it even harder on you when everyone points it out to you. Not to mention when they are actually disappointed with you. Almost as if you are a defect. Like in the song, sometimes I wish everyone would just let me grow up, to let me feel the pain and sorrow that the world has to offer. To let me discover the world with my own two eyes and feet. Even if I fall, even if i die, at least I won't die with regrets. I have left my footprints on this world. The footprints, which says "Hey, I was here!".

The real world, reality or you may call it, can be cruel. To you, to me and to anyone out there. Facing the truth can be hard. Accepting it in your heart is even harder. Finding out that you are all alone in this world, the people that you love with all your heart don't love you back can be even worst. I, on the other hand, got used to it. Watching the people I love leave one by one, I got used to it. How? I stopped loving them too. That's how.

In the midst of it all, I discover that there is someone who will never leave you. And that will be God. My God would be Allah, since I am born a Muslim and thankful to be one. He's there all the time, watching, helping, listening. Most of the time, you and I forget about Him. When He never forget about us. A friend of mine once told me, if ever God forget about us, even if just once, then we'll all be dead. At first I don't get what he meant by that. But I guess it takes time for you to understand it. In your own way. To me, it was when my first love left me. I was devastated. My life ended right there and then. But somehow, I discovered someone else. And He gave me the peace of mind, the strength to go on and the dreams of the future which give me hope.

Life Changes....

.... like the four seasons. Time goes by, the earth continues to spin on its axis yet sometimes you felt as if nothing in your life ever changes. I have experienced a very life changing event in my life. The biggest event that should have change me forever... November is here and the leaves are falling yet I am still the same me. Although I have to say that sometimes you may loose things or gain something without even realising it. As they say, in order to gain something, you have to lose something. It opens up opportunities that I have never seen before. It allows me to meet and get to know people at a different perspective. However, I also lost my inner shine. The inner me. Sometimes, I wonder if gaining all these is worth losing the person I love the most in my life? To loose "Me" in the process?

Writing is a way for me to express how I feel. Writing is a way for me to put down my thoughts. By writing, I share the world my imaginations cause I have lots of them. Like scenes from a movie, it keeps on playing and playing. There are so much stories to tell, to share. Yet, where should I start? Where should I begin? When I read the words that I wrote, it reminds me of how I felt at the time. It comes back so vividly. Maybe happy or sad or even confused. Writing is my way of telling myself that everything will be OK. Writing is my passion. Writing is my talent. Writing is me. Writing is who I am.

Too bad I lost it when my love left me. I lost me in the process. Sometimes I wonder. Is it worth it?

Happy Eid Mubarak!

Hey Angels! Hapy Eid Mubarak and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all Muslim Angels in the guild. Just got back from hols and now that I'm back in school, it is easier for me to surf the net compared to when I am living at home. and I have to apologize for missing out on the previous two GRBs. The wireless modem at home will be shut off by my father after midnight and since he placed it in his bedroom, it is impossible for me to sneak into the bedroom just to turn it on for GRB....

I had a really fun Eid Mubarak aka Raya this year. Most of my family members are back for the hols. My eldest sister came back with her husband and two-year-old daughter (this year but not yet) . Since she's living at Ireland, we could only see her once a year. Having a two-year-old child at home is actually surprisingly fun and exciting. I wish I had a daughter of my own. Lol. She is so smart for a two-year-old. English-spoken and knows pretty much a lot of words for a two-year-old. But then, it is kind of expected when a doctor got married to another doctor.... Basically I am the only one of my siblings who is not in the medical field.

• Eldest Sister = Doctor who got married to a doctor in Ireland.
• Second Sister = Doctor who got married to a Computer Specialist in Leeds, UK.
• Third Sister aka Me!!! = Applied Chemistry student going to be a Chemistry Teacher who just broke up with a Software Engineer...... o.O (Too bad..... Oh well!).
• Youngest Sister = Dentist Student-to-be in India. Also dating an engineer, I think......

Well enough about me. Lolololol. I hope everyone has a really great celebration this month of Syawal. Eid Mubarak is a one-month celebration. Lolololol. Have fun and talk to you guys soon.

September GRB Report!

Hah! It has been awhile since the last time I wrote a GRB report. In other words, it has been awhile since I actually joined in the GRB party. Lolololol. Oh well, straight to the report shall we?

Setting up my alarm and waking up at 2.40 am, I was actually pretty much excited and somewhat nervous. Not knowing why, I went on online to get the dread equipments from Nazu for Lil' Miko to wear. Commenting on the participation, all I can say is a lot of Angels turn up for GRB. And yes, its such a huge-front-page-news to me cause a few months ago, we used to have only 5-6 men party for GRB.



The event started out to be pretty slow and hectic on my part. Still learning the curve of the new strategy and sometimes I got confused with the commands given by Raul and Just, which included something like, "The rest of you follow Buter" (Am I the rest???) or "Miko, autojoin" (How?????). So most of the time I follow Fred's advice to stand back and watch. We did both portals, 1-15 and 16-30. This is my first time killing the mobs in 16-30. We used to do a lot of 1-15 mobs but I guess since we have lots of people nowadays, its time to conquer and divide. Lolololol.

The last 40 minutes turn out pretty well (or so they say). We were able to rake a lot of points i.m.o. which is around 16.3k points by the end of it. Although, it is pretty irritating to see the warning points collected by Eternity. They were able to get around 43k!!! Of course, they are ET (maybe they should consider renaming themselves as ExtraTerrestrial! Hahahaha). Oh well, enough about them (Not that I give a damn care about them and yes, I know they are Lighties and considered our heroes with the bless bla bla bla. I still think they are jerks).

Well, congratulations to all Eastangels who participated in GRB today and job well done. I wonder why my post today contained many monologues????

The Past, The Present and The Future

Is a somewhat suitable title to me as I sat down right in front of my lappy, with my fingers hovering close on the buttons of my keyboard, itching to write on the new post.

Why do I say so? It is because the Eastangels has grown so much over the year and I believed we have even celebrated our first anniversary without even realising. LOL. Oh well. Can't exactly remember the date myself. But I do remember that it all started with some harmless shoutouts in Trade Chat, calling out Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri by the Malaysian & Singaporean players in the game. LOLOLOLOLOL. In my case, the one who wanted to reply was actually my ex, Shah.

That's when I guess the Malaysian Singapoeran players gathered and decided to start a guild of our own, the Eastangels. We started out small, with very few number of players joining. However, our bond and friendship are very close because most of the earlier members are very loyal and active players. Some are still here, but most has gone (not dead! just they stop playing).

Climbing up the stairs of the Guild Ranking was not at all easy. We have went through so much hardship. And finally, now we are at no. 3! Yay! We are entitled for a Guild House of our own. Congratulations to all of the Angels who have worked so hard in GRB for making this to happen, no matter whoever they are, wherever they are and whenever the time was. I am very happy that despite being at no. 3, we have not grown to be as arrogant and pompous as any of the other Top 10 Guild (u know especially who!!!!).

Eastangels, where the Faithful belongs. Wondering what the future holds. Dreaming of the success we will achieve. As my fingers moving a whole lot slower, I guess it is time for me to go back to sleep. (What! Its 6 in the morning!)

From the ashes, We arise

Hello Eastangels! I have been missing everyone a lot... It has been two months since the last post. Thankfully the blog is not deleted... I am extremely sorry for going missing in action for so long but did the guild died during my absence??? If it does, then I am extremely sorry. Being in my final year, I am becoming very busy with my work (sometimes I couldn't keep up with the load) but i will try to find the time and make time again. I hope the Eastangels will rise back from the ashes. Will log on after this. (this week is my mid term hols so see u guys in the game) lol.

Hey everyone and I have to admit, it has been awhile. lol. New things and changes have been made in the guild since the recent events so its good to start with that rite?

First of all, by request to rest and some members leaving, new temporary Archangels (name bolted) have been appointed. So the new Archangels are:

• Rank 1: Sister-Miko

• Rank2: Punk5 (aka J); MeLur (aka Alma); Fate_Wan (aka Fate); Chamelion (aka Fred); Blizzeta (aka Blizz) and Babydoll (aka Baby)

Be reminded that the new rank 2s are temporary and your positions will be changed after further discussion or we think you do not suit the position. Unless, u can proved yourself to be a better Archangel than the previous ones, then u can keep your new positions. lol. I would like to congratulate all new rank 2s and of course, being an Archangel is a job. It is not just a rank since you are expected to work for it.

With the birth of new Archangels, new changes will be made to the guild with new rules and new events. So stay tuned for more.

Extremely Upsetting

Hey Angels. I am not in a good mood right now so the post might sound depressed and it is not due to the early morning waking up for GRB. It was extremely upsetting for me and for all of you who were there listening to a guildie who suddenly 'exploded' his 'concerns' in Guild Chat, cussing and swearing and not to mention comparing our guild to Eternity and wish we get killed by Absolute Zero in PvP cause he does not receive a rank up after 2 months in the guild. Which results in him getting kicked from the guild ( we lost our temper) and i assure you, EastAngels is not a guild that kick our members even though you no longer play this game for like a year.

I would like to say that at the moment, ranks between 3-9 in the guild are not important and does not play much of role until we get a Guild House of our own. And if we think you deserve it, you will get your rank up without having to ask for it. I notice that when he started swearing for guild ranks, some of u actually fought back, which I really appreciate and so on behalf of the Archange (rank1 and rank 2s Angels), we thank you for your loyalty and faith towards us.

If you have any enquiries or complaints regarding the ranks, the guild, our goal or such, please PM any existing Archangels and we will aid you in any way we can.

And as a reminder to all Archangels, please do not leak any information regarding our meeting towards the other guildies until we have all agreed on it. As I said in GC this morning, I am not finger pointing to anyone of you and I do not blame any of you for it. This is just a reminder for you and for me as well.

And to all Angels, please do not go around and brag about your contributions towards the other guildies like what happen this morning. Remember that everyday, each and everyone of us contributes to the guild and we keep on doing that. Saying that your contributions are enough to earn you leadership in the guild or you contribute more than others will not bode you well in the end.

This very recent 'event' ruined our day and mine as well. I said what I wished to say here and thank you again to all GRBers.

OMG The Missing Mistress is Back!

I am sorry to say this but the Missing Mistress Miko is back! LOL. =D Well Its not that I've been kidnapped or something bu I have been really busy revising and preparing myself for my final examinations last month of April and didn't even have enough time to play and be on the game. Really sorry for that.

Oh yeah, I have miss this blog a lot and I hope u do too cos I for one miss writing up the posts. LOL. See my point? I keep on talking and talking (literally speaking LOLOLOL) I forgot what I am suppose to say here.

First off, I would like to congratulate last week's GRB team for their success in gaining 9.5k points during our 1-15 GRB! Yay! That is the highest point we've ever gained (To me at least). It turned out better than I thought cos the beginning of it was pretty much hectic and slow, I'm sorry to say. With that 9.5k points, we were able to climb up the ranking ladder from 38 to 35!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =DDDDD There were actually two parties involved that morning and due to the high number of participation, I forgot who they were... Well it is 3 -4 am in the morning, so no blaming me about it.LOL.

And it is actually a good news that we've made such a huge comeback and our point differs more than 3k with the no 36 guild. That of cos doesn't mean that we can slack off this week. If we can get 9k points every week, the guild house is definitely ours. LOL. So let's do our best Angels.

New Guild Emblem

Hey Angels. Do check out the three choices for our new guild emblem. It was quite a debate this morning over who wants what in it so one of our Archangel, Fred suggested we should vote. So here they are.

• Guild A: A purple shield with a white heart over it with black roses at the bottom.

• Guild B: A purple heart with a white butterfly on top and black roses at the bottom.

• Guild C: A purple shield with a white angel on top and black roses at bottom.

2nd Post in April!

LOL. Not much idea on the title but I kinda like it to tell you the truth.

Hey Angels once again. As promise, I'll try to keep this blog updated as often as possible unless I am far too busy, or my Internet fails to connect or I have nothing to say. LOL. March goes by without much interest really. Lack of guild events and such n not much updates. But let's hope April is a new change for the EastAngels.

We Archangels had a discussion way way before in March that PvP in 1-15 will be one of our main guild event every week and well, finally we've decided to try it out in April! Yay ^^ The events will be on Sunday morning Malaysian Time (Saturday afternoon PST) a few hours after GRB event. You, of course can use your GRB avatars for PvP or ur own already made avatar for PvP in 1-15.

Why 1-15 you wondering? The reasons are:

• 1-15 PvP ground has the highest number of PvP players compared to 20-30. 31-40 is too hard if ure not 45++.
• Due to the high number of PvPer, its more challenging and fun, where u can fight on equal grounds with your single slot nobles unlike 20-30 where only the ready-to-spend-till-they're-drop players rule and roam with their UMs and excellent-lapised gears. A mage with 9k HP is actually pretty common there. I know!!!
  
• Most of us have a lvl 15 avatar which we use for GRB anyway so why not?
• Where PvP kill ranks plays no whatsoever role. Unless theyre nossed up of course. Well thats a different matter.

Anyone who wishes to join are free to do so as we build our guild name as a PvP guild! LOL. More guild events will come. Just you wait.

The 1st Day of April

Hey guys! Up to any tricks yet? It is the 1st day of April, which means the day for you to scream April Fool at your family and friends ^^ after tricking them with something really good of course. That actually reminds me of a trick played to me in High School but never mind about that. LOL.

Let's get on with the guild updates shall we? First off, I would like to congratulate Chamelion a.k.a. Freddy (the man smiling menacingly (J/K!!!) in the "You are an Angel" list) for his recent promotion as Rank 2. He is now officially an East Archangels now. Yay! Some gist about Fred? Well, he is one of the earliest non-Malaysian member in the guild on his late FredNile (NM priest), bless him, which makes him a senior in the EastAngels. Continued on his HM mage, Chamelion, Fred is now at lvl 46 which entitles him to a UM avatar. Fred also contributes his share in GRB since the March 2009 on a priest.

Well Fred, congratulations again and may I remind u that this promotion means you have more responsibility to the guild and your fellow Angels and we trust you to be with us as a loyal member of the EastAngels, where the faitful belongs.

Two more spots as Archangels to go! And we Archangels are always on the lookout everyday. Do be wary that seniority in the guild is not the only factor we're looking for. Character-wise as in your leadership quality, team-player, etc etc is most important to us. This will not be a decision made by only one Archangel of course so it will be fair. Don't worry about that. ^^

And do try to come back to our blog more often. I will try to post up more new things in the blog again when I have the free time to do so. Used to be so lively too. LOL.

The remaining Four East Archangels

Hey guys. Really glad that all my school activities are over so I have more time to play now before my final exams start of course. LOL. Some of you might be shocked cause I know I am by the post title but it is something I should let all guildies know about. Due to the untimely departure of several Angels to other guilds and some Angels quit the game, we are down only to four Archangels leading the EastAngels rite now. It is a very sad thing to happen but of course, it is also unavoidable. For now, the Archangels consist of:

• Guild Master (Rank 1) : Just4Fun.
• The Elder Council (Rank 2) : raul_kamikaze; BoshGalinstn; Sister_Miko.

During our previous meeting a few nites ago, we have come to an agreement that three new Archangels (One from Malaysia, and two from outside Malaysia) will be appointed from among the Shadow Council (Rank 3) and Rank 4 Angels. More will be discussed later of course and further news will be posted after we have reached a decision.

Not so recent GRB report... LOL

Hey guys.
It has really been awhile huh since we have our second post and yes, it is another GRB report from last week. It's a very late post but what the heck. LOL.

Firstly, I would like to remind all of you that the time for GRB has been changed from 4 am in the morning (Malaysian Time) to 3 am in the morning (Malaysian Time). This is due to the change in the season from winter to spring in the States so better remember to wake up at the rite time ya? LOL.

I turned up at 3.30 am and the event has already started but just in time to help the team pawn the dungeon boss and we managed to get more than 7k points in 1 hr which is actually pretty good considering most of us was oblivious to the time change including me. But it was quite a shocker to see that we fail to climb up any number and kept our previous rank at no 36. Guess since our miraculous jump from 36 to 34, other guilds above us starts to grow weary starts to wreck up points too. Well, time to work harder people. LOL. For the EastAngels and for our Guildhouse. LOL. Cya guys in the next post then.

Gah, is it the second post on March???

After struggling most part of the day yesterday and heaving a deep sigh of relief after completing four out of five long laboratory reports which are due TODAY, I've decided to post up latest news on the blog. Just to release some stress before continuing on the last one.

Since I was not present on our first GRB this month, I don't really have much to write about it and this report is written based on what I heard so do forgive me if I got the facts wrong. There are actually new participation from our fellow angels such as J, Fred, Alma and Houndoom_Rec (Thanks a lot for ur participation!!) and Pops actually made a priestess for GRB named Aliana_Moon. LOL. Such a pretty name!!! By the end of it, the team was able to collect around 4k-5k points and unfortunately, after our earlier successful jump from no 36 to no 34 last two weeks, it was a huge dismay to us all to see that we failed to maintain our ranking at no 34 and fell back down to no 36.

After talking and discussing about it with some Archangels and Angels, all suggested that it is best for me to write down some guidelines about what do we expect from you when you join our GRB team so that we will work as a team more effectively.

• Turn off both your Normal Chat (NC) and Trade Chat (TC) when you have entered the Guild Management Office and at all the time for the latter. This will help to reduce lag from occuring and avoid you from disconnecting from the game.
• Follow our defender, Sayur's instruction at all time after GRB has started. Do allow him to taunt first before attacking and be alert of his signal. It is sometimes impossible to see it when he is surrounded by mobs so turn your NC back on and watch when the message, "Sayur declares a start gallantly" comes up on the chat box.
• It is best for you to join us on a lvl 15 HM mage or a lvl 15 HM priest to support the whole team as a damager or a healer. Other classes are welcome too.
• If you choose to become a lvl 15 HM priest, do act as a party healer instead of a damager since your water elemental aoe magic is ineffective against earth mobs anyway. Do not think a single healer is enough to heal the defender at all time.
• If you choose to become a lvl 15 HM mage, it is best for you to spam wind magic or earth magic (aoe spells) on the earth mobs around the dungeon. Fire magic is most effective against the boss since she is a wind elemental creature.
• Do watch out for respawn at all times!!! Go to a safe place while attacking and healing unless ure a melee class of course.
• Focus more on the battle instead of chatting on the GC and telling everyone about the total points we obtained or saying, "Go Go Go" all the time or something similiar to that as if that would help much. You are allowed to remind someone in party about the time limit, gives instruction or warning to someone based on situation.
• Waking up at 4 am in the morning can be very hard for some especially if they are sick or extremely tired. Try to be polite and extra sensitive of someone's feeling when chatting in GC cause some may not be as chatty and bubbly when they are sacrificing their sleep. LOL.
  
• Do not take other guildie's contribution in GRB for granted cause you'll never know the difference they have on the team until they're gone.

The First Post in March!

Hey guys... Finally having the time to even sit down in front of my lappy while printing my friend's, Valerie, laboratory report, I am gonna take this chance to actually post up in our beloved EA blog after so long of its inactivity. I would like to apologise for not being able to write anything sooner or even play much in the game due to my school activities and several assignments due on March and I am missing you guys a lot!

For starters, our previous GRB report was not postedup due to me being sick for two days but I am proud to say that we did well in the previous GRB in February 27th. We were able to pawn the boss for the first time and actually gained up to 7k points if I am not mistaken. Thanks to that, the EastAngels guild is now no 34 in the Teos Guild Ranking. ^^

There's probably nothing much to report on since I havent been on the game much though I am considering one of our ArchAngel, Ragi's suggestion on writing about our guildie. LOL. Seems fun but gonna be a hell load of work for me. Will get back to you guys as soon as I can.

Though I hope it is soon as tomorrow... Seems unlikely. LOL

News on Today's GRB!

Hey Angels. 22nd of February marks the day of our fourth and last GRB this month. LOL. And it turns out really weird to tell you the truth. Not much to report on actually and you'll see why soon enough. LOL.

Set my alarm at 3.30 am and actually woke up to turn it off, I was asleep soon after and only woke up at 4.40 am!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. So nothing much to report on the early 40 minutes of GRB to tell you the truth. The number of participation was good when I joined up with the team on the last ten minutes of GRB. It was lead by our main UM defender, Ragi on Sayur; two mages were noted, Raul_WiX.aRD and Ano_Kun; darrenshan and FateWan on their archers; one ranger, Adrie_HM and two priest, me on HotNurseMiko and Antizen.

Unfortunately, three of our main GRB team members were unable to be there with us last night but everything turn out pretty well though we failed to get the final boss again this week due to the 1 hour time limit. By the end, we were able to collect 6.5k points by the end of it which makes us Guild no 35 in the Guild Ranking of Teos Server!!!!!!! ^^ 5 more guilds to go before we can get our own guildhouse Angels! Thanks to all GRBer today for your effort and congratulations. Lets hope next week will be even better!

And congratulations also to Waach for being February's Best Angel of the Month!!! *Shooting fireworks* Waach is also one of our earliest member in EA on Waach (NM ranger), Epod (HM defener), Aoemage_HM (HM mage) and SirAoe (Third HM mage for main GRB team). Thank you Waachy for all your support all this while to our guild and we are really glad that you are here to stay. You are truly and EastAngel, where the faithful belongs.

And congratulations also to Ragi, one of our Archangels for being top 3 in the Shaiya's KDR ranking! Not forgetting Mya on her ranger, Alma; thanks a lot for all your support towards the Guild Blog. Too bad you cant be here with us in the game but I assure you, Ragi misses his beloved Alma a lot! Good luck on your final exam Mya! LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

Hello again Angels. ^^ Sitting alone in my room with my lappy placed on my bed, I was thinking of a good opening for this new post yet nothing great or brilliant came into my mind so I've decided to just get on with the report. LOL.

Before I end this post, I also would like to congratulate one of our Archangel, Ragi for his great achievement in PvP 1-15 and getting no. 5 in the player ranking! Congratulations! Surely you can guess by now. LOL. It's GRB

Gah! It's Sunday again Angels meaning it's time for another GRB report. LOL. This is of course the third GRB report ever written on the blog. So do bare with me for a bit and read on.

Waking up at 4 am in the morning for GRB is starting to become a weekly routine for me. I was very impressed with the number of participation though sadly, two of our main mages: MantoyaHMage and SirAoe were unable to join us. Today's team was lead by our one and only UM defender, Ragi onSayur; two mages, Ano-Kun and raul_wixard; three rangers, pops on his PetiteBosha, SunnyElf and cybrokiller; and the first appearance of my UM priestess to replace LadyMiko, HotNurseMiko.

The whole battle started out a bit slow with raul-wixard got stuck near the portal pillars, cybrokiller got disconnected and SunnyElf fell in a hole and got brutally murdered. LOL. With PetiteBosha and Ano-kun being the only damager, the first ten minutes of GRB was going pretty bad until Raul came back on his UM mage, raul_Wi.Xard, Fate on LadyFate and cybrokiller came to join us from the 20-30 portal. The worst moment on GRB today was when we lost sight of Sayur and the mobs started to spawn all around us. PetiteBosha, LadyFate and Ano-kun got killed at once and I would have lose my UM if I do not have the spammable Self-Heal spell.

By the end of it, we were able to collect 5.1k before the 1 hour time limit ended. We are able to retain our ranking at no 37. LOL. Too bad though cause our points with guild no 36 differs only by 100 points. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. Not too mention no 35 and 34. Oh well, we will try our best again next week to reach top 30 and gain our own Guild House!
